Hello, I’m Josiah Springer, a proud United States Marine and a Kean University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. For over 10 years, I’ve been the go-to tech expert for family, friends, and professionally as a Help Desk Technician, assisting with everything from smart TV setups to computer troubleshooting. Many have described me as patient and skilled at teaching, both in the military and in my civilian roles.
